The pro level ecosystem pond kit includes all our best equipment recommendations in one convenient package. The kit on this page is designed to pump 1600 gallons per hour.
Size of pond for the 1600 gph kit:
- Fish Pond - up to 1600 gallons of water in the pond for pumping the entire contents of the pond each hour.
- No Fish in Pond - up to 3200 gallons of water max in the pond for pumping the entire pond every one to two hours.
You do not have to purchase all items in the kit, you set quantity to 0 below if there is an item you do not want to purchase.

This kit does not include a liner. We recommend our Premium Grade RPE Laminated Liner for free-form shapes, or our Rectangular Box-Welded Liners for formal rectangular shapes.
Order of Water Flow / Installation
- Water enters skimmer
- Check valve with 2" threaded outlet (inside skimmer)
- 2" threaded nipple adapter
- 2" bulkhead fitting that comes with helix skimmer
- PVC adapter 2" MPT to 2" slip that comes with skimmer
- 2" pipe from skimmer to priming pot (optional)
- Priming pot strainer basket with 2" inlet/outlet
- Priming pot 2" threaded outlet direct connection to pump 2" FPT inlet
- 2" outlet of 4k series pump
- Short stub of 2" pipe into 2" PVC union fitting for quick disconnect of pump
- Pipe run 2" pipe from union fitting to filter
- Filter with 2" inlet/outlet
- 2" pipe run from filter to UV clarifier
- Filter with 2" inlet/outlet
- 2" pipe to waterfall
