HIGH QUALITY WATERPROOF PLANTER BOX LINERS

Our primary specialty at Everything Ponds is creating custom liners for ponds, lakes, and water gardens. Additionally, our liners are often utilized as custom-sized planter box liners, fully waterproof and tailored to your planter's dimensions. They are ideal for lining rectangular planters in scenarios where preventing water leakage from the bottom is crucial. You can also integrate a bulkhead fitting and connect a pipe to facilitate water drainage from the planter's base. We offer a couple of different materials for crafting box liners, but all options are strong, lightweight, reliable, and UV resistant. Furthermore, all our liners come with complete warranties against any manufacturing defects that could cause issues.

PLANTER BOX LINERS VS FLAT LINERS

What distinguishes a planter box liner from using a piece of our Premium RPE liner, which would need to be folded into place inside the box? The key difference lies in the construction of our box-welded liners. These are 3D-shaped inserts custom-made to precise dimensions, encompassing length, width, and depth. In contrast, a regular flat liner is a two-dimensional rectangle of material that you fold and pleat into the box. To visualize a box liner, first imagine a cardboard box. Now, replace the cardboard with polypropylene liner material, and that's essentially what our box liners are.

The main differences between a box-welded liner and a traditional flat liner are the ease of installation and the aesthetic appeal once completed. While a traditional flat liner can provide a completely leak-proof installation, it may not be as visually appealing due to the folds and pleats required to fit the liner. On the other hand, a 3D-shaped planter box liner offers a perfect fit, meaning no folds, pleats, or bends in the liner. This is particularly advantageous for applications where the liner is visible, such as in a formal goldfish pond. However, box liners do have some heat-welded seams, which are a part of the process of transforming a flat sheet of liner into a 3D-shaped box. These seams are created using a high-quality heat-welding machine, ensuring very reliable and fully warrantied seams.

MATERIALS AVAILABLE

One common misconception about our box-welded liner inserts is that they are rigid. However, it's important to emphasize that THESE LINERS ARE NOT RIGID, as we want to ensure you understand what you're purchasing. If you place the liner on the ground by itself, it will collapse, as it is a bendable/malleable material. The liner requires a frame to provide it with structure. Planters are ideal for this purpose since the planter itself offers the necessary strength and structure to hold the water, while the liner insert ensures the system is waterproof.

MANUFACTURE, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Since we custom-make each liner at the time of order, we generally require 4 to 6 business days to make the liner and get it shipped out. At that point, they normally go UPS ground which takes anywhere from 3 to 6 days depending on how far it is shipping from our facility in Oregon.
