How do I Patch a 3D Drop-In Liner?

There are two ways to patch a liner:

1.  Patch Tape

1.  Start by cleaning the liner with a residue free cleaner like isopropyl alcohol.

2.  Lightly scuff the liner for better adhesion.

3.  Use a cut piece of the RPE Liner Tape - 4 Inch Single Sided to cover the hole or damaged area.

4.  For double protection, you can place a second patch overtop by cutting a piece of the liner itself, and then using the tape to completely cover and adhere are 4 sides of the liner patch.

Please note that the tape performs well when it is not under load. We recommend it for patching and for detailing around penetrations. We do not recommend it for seaming two liners together. The proper method for seaming this liner is heat welding.
