Pipe Boot Kit
Pipe boots are used to create a watertight seal around a pipe or pile and come in two convenient options:
- Tape-On Boot - recommended for most applications, no heat welding required.
- Weld-On Boot - heat welding equipment required.

Pipe Boot Kit can be used with our RPE liners, Box Welded Liners and Circular Tank Liners.
Kit Includes:
- Pipe boot
- 4" Single-sided RPE tape
- Hose clamp - Stainless Steel
In addition to the kit you will need a cleaner to remove any debris from the liner prior to sticking on the pipe boot, a roller to push out any air bubbles from the tape, and a screwdriver to tighten the hose clamp.
Kit Types:
Tape on Boot Kit: The collar, or neck, of the boot is welded closed and comes with extra tape to tape the flange of the boot to the pond liner. A tape on boot requires the ability to slide it over top of the pipe.
Weld on Boot Kit: The collar, or neck, of the boot is left open in order to wrap around the pipe and weld together.
We recommend the tape on kit unless you have specific training in heat welding liners.
The minimum thickness we prefer to use for pipe boots is 30 mil. If you're ordering a pipe boot to be used with a 24 mil RPE liner, please select the 30 mil option, as it is compatible with 24 mil liners as well.
