What submersible pump will work with this skimmer?

Pumps with a flow rate between 2000 and 4000 gph are best for this skimmer.  The ShinMaywa series of pumps are our favorite choice.  Popular sizes include the 3300 and the 4800. As a slightly more affordable option, the Alpine Cyclone series of pumps are also a great choice. 

How do I disguise the skimmer?
