Can RPE liners be custom-shaped for irregular ponds?

For our flat sheet liners such as RPE or EPDM, we only make rectangular shapes. In most situations this means ordering a rectangular liner sized to the maximum length and width of your pond and trimming the excess after installation. In rare cases where the waste would be significant, such as with a large L shaped or triangular pond, we can design creative solutions using multiple custom panels to reduce material waste. However, for this to work, they generally need to be quite large. Additionally, if a liner exceeds 60,000 square feet and requires on site seaming, the technician can often create custom seam details to better match the contours of the pond.
