Can I glue an RPE liner?

The proper method would be to heat weld the liner. The best people to contact for custom heat welding would be roofing companies since commercial roofing companies often will heat weld single ply roofing membranes like PVC or TPO. We do not currently have a glue because the liner would no longer be NSF-61 rated for potable water.
