Can I attach an RPE liner to brick or concrete/blocks?

Our official recommendation is to use mechanical fasteners combined a termination strip or termination bar when attaching a liner to blocks, concrete, or brick. This often involves drilling a hole and using an appropriate nail, screw or expansive anchor. You can also get various flashings to hide the termination and give a nice, clean look.
