This kit does not include a liner. We recommend our Premium Grade RPE Laminated Liner for free-form shapes, or our Rectangular Box-Welded Liners for formal rectangular shapes.

Order of Water Flow / Installation

1. Skimmer
2. 2" check valve with 2" threaded outlet
3. 2" threaded nipple adapter
4. 2" bulkhead fitting that comes with helix skimmer
5. 2" MPT to 2" slip threaded into bulkhead fitting (comes with skimmer)
6. Stub of 2" pipe (not included)
7. PVC adapter 2" slip to 3" SPT
8. 3" coupler
9. 3" pipe from skimmer to priming pot 3" inlet (priming pot optional)
10. Then convert from 3" MPT outlet of the priming pot to the 1 1/2 FPT of the pump. Connect by:
11. 3" FPT x 3" slip
12. Stub of 3" pipe
13. 3" coupler
14. 3" SPT x 1 1/2" FPT
15. 1 1/2" MPT nipple fitting
16. External pump with 1 1/2" outlet of the pump. Upsize to 2" to connect to 2" union fitting. Connect by:
17. 1 1/2" MPT to 2" slip
18. Short stub of 2" pipe
19. 2" union fitting for quick disconnect of pump
20. Stub of 2" pipe
21. 3" SPT x 2" slip
22. 3" coupler to convert to 3" pipe
23. 3" pipe from union fitting to filter 
24. Convert from 3" pipe to 2" slip filter inlet
25. 3" coupler
26. 3" SPT x 2" slip
27. Stub of 2" pipe
28. Bio filter with 2" inlet/outlet
29. 2" pipe to wye fitting (short distance of piping)
30. 2" pipe splits using wye fitting in order to connect to each UV clarifier (2) with 2" inlet
31. Uv clarifier outlet 2" slip connects to:
32. (2) 2" pipe to wye fitting
33. Convert from 2" wye fitting to 3" piping by:
34. 2" stub of piping
35. 3" SPT x 2" slip 
36. 3" coupler to connect to 3" pipe
37. 3" pipe to waterfall units 
38. Split the pipe to connect to the 3 units by using a 2" wye fitting. Connect by using:
39. 3" coupler to connect to 3" pipe
40. 3" SPT x 2" slip 
41. Stub of 2" pipe into wye fitting
42. Connect one outlet of the wye fitting directly into 1 waterfall unit using 2" piping. Connect by:
43. 2" slip to 2" MPT into 2" FPT waterfall unit
44. Connect the other outlet of the wye fitting to another wye fitting in order to connect to 2 more waterfall units
45. Connect the 2 wye fittings using 2" pipe
46. Connect the two 2" pipes from the wye fitting to the 2 waterfall units with:
47. (2) 2" slip to 2" MPT into 2" FPT waterfall unit
