The Pondmaster PM500 Submersible Pond Filter is ideal for small ponds that need moderate filtration, and space is limited. This filter is versatile and can be used with many submersible pumps. Because the filter is placed directly in the pond, no extra space is required outside the pond for placement of a traditional pressurized filter. The filter cartridge is easily snapped in for easy media replacement and there is a quick disconnect for easy removal from a pond pump. The Pondmaster PM500 Submersible Pond Filter uses dual filter elements that offer particle mechanical filtration as well as biological filtration. The filter media is simple to rinse or change out which is less time consuming than many other filters that do similar jobs.
