Shipments / Delivery Standards

Unless otherwise stated, our free shipping option is via UPS or FedEx ground. UPS ground has a delivery time between 3 to 5 business days. FedEx ground is between 4 to 7 business days.

For Canada or states not in the continental USA (ie. Alaska and Hawaii), shipping is not included unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please contact us before placing an order for a custom freight quote, or if you like, feel free to place an order and we will contact you to discus shipping options. shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via UPS or FedEx, taking between 4 and 7 days to deliver.

Receiving Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival, and do accept any damaged items from the shipping carrier without first filing a claim. After the delivery is signed for, we are not able to make a claim on your behalf since signing for a shipment declares that you have received the shipment in good order. Any claims for missing items must be received by us at Everything-Ponds.com within 15 business days of you receiving your order. After that time, we are unfortunately not able to replace missing items on warranty.

Missing Items or Delayed Shipments

Although we try to limit any problems with shipments or deliveries, sometimes issues occur. If you are missing an item in your shipment or you were shipped the wrong item, please let us know with an email or a phone call. We will make it right by shipping replacement items ASAP, assuming we have an item in stock and are physicaly able to do so. Sometimes unforseen events can delay a shipment. Although we remain sympathetic to delays, and will do whatever we can to fix the problem, we cannot be held liable for any fees, labor rates, or other eroneous charges that may occur on the customer's end as the result of a delayed or missing shipment. 

Payment Policy

We require payment in full before an order is shipped. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Defective Products

Everything Ponds will handle warranty claims directly for most products purchased from our website. If you believe you've been sent a defective product, please call us and we will discuss on how you can return the product for a replacement or refund. Certain products may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer due to the technical nature of the products. These products include Sequence pumps and Kasco Marine Floating Fountains (may include others).

All warranties are limited to our choice of replacement or refund of the cost of that particular product, and excludes any consequential expenses that may have occurred as a result of the defective product.

Return Policy

For items that qualify for a return, Everything Ponds will accept back products within 14 days of purchase. Everything Ponds will only accept authorized returns. An RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department and be clearly marked on the outer box being returned. Please keep reading for more info on various types of returns - new unopened products, used products and returns on liners or bulk items.

Returns - New Unopened Products

Everything Ponds will accept back new, unopened products within 14 days of purchase with a full refund minus the cost for us to ship the item to you originally. This offer excludes any custom fabricated items like liners (see section on liners below). Please ship the unopened item back, enclosed within a separate box/package to minimize shipping damage. Please use ashipmentsropriate protection (packing foam, chips etc) to ensure the product will not be easily damaged. Everything Ponds will not refund items that have been damaged due to improper packing. All returns are subject to inspection.

Returns - Used Products

If you decide after using a product that it's not the right fit for you, Everything Ponds will accept back used products that are in good working condition within 14 days of purchase with a 25% restocking fee. In addition, the cost to ship the item originally (in the case of free shipping products) will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds on returned used products are subject to inspection, and must be returned fully assembled, clean and in good working order with all included components. Opened consumables such as water treatments and fish food cannot be returned since they cannot be resold.

Returns - Liners or other bulk items (underlay, tubing, filter media etc).

Since liners, underlay and tubing are usually fabricated or cut to meet a customer's certain ashipmentslication, it is difficult for us to accept returns on these items since often times they cannot be resold. However, in certain situations (common sizes etc), we will be able to process returns, on a case by case basis with a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us to find out if your custom fabricated item or bulk item is eligible for a return.

Locations

Everything Ponds has locations and ship points throughout the USA and Canada and may ship an item from a number of different locations depending on the particular customer and the item ordered. These locations include Shawnee - Oklahoma, Prineville - Oregon and West Kelowna - BC - Canada. Our head office is located at Unit 1 - 1385 Stevens Rd, West Kelowna, BC, Canada, V1Z2S9.
